Q. How do I place an order online?

A. Click your choice of new or used parts from the menu. Select your make and model. Then browse the parts available for that model. Body parts, Lampware, Cooling, Glass etc. Scroll down the listed items. If an item is available for sale, click the shopping cart above the listed price to purchase. The icon to click to buy says "Add to Basket" Add to basket

Q. Where do I find new parts?

A. To browse new parts listed online click new parts from the left menu, then click the model.

Q. Where do I find quality used parts?

A. To browse used parts section click used parts from left menu, then click the model.

Q. What if I can't see my part listed on the website.

A. We want to help you find all parts you are looking for. Click the 'Request other parts' from menu. Fill in the presented form, giving as much information about the part required as possible. We will then use this information on our Australia wide hotline service, to help you find your part. After this is done, you may be contacted by other suppliers that have your part available. 

Q. How do I email Capalaba Ford Wreckers sales

A. Open you email program and send email to sales@fordwreckers.com.au If you wish to send a request for parts, please use the request part page.

Q. How are my purchased items delivered?

A.  We will process the order ASAP - and shall notify you of any shipping charges payable, via email or phone, to finalize payment for shipping of the purchased goods. Delivery will be done either via Australia Post COD postage, or TNT Transport.

1. Australia Post COD method. Small items under 105cm and 20kg can be sent via Australia Post COD. We will send item to you and you collect it, and pay the postage fee at your post office. Australia Post will advise you of item arrival and when to collect from them, by putting a notification form in your letterbox. Take this form to your local post office (Check the form for details) pay and sign postage fee and collect your item.

2. TNT Transport method. We arrange delivery to your address via TNT. Depending on your location and size / weight of item/s, we will let you know the fee payable to us. We will send you an invoice for payment of this freight charge to you via email. Simply follow instructions within the email, to pay this freight charge via PayPal. This second invoice is for freight charges only via TNT to complete the purchase. (see 2. above) . Your purchase will be complete after all payments are done, or payment for item is done and COD postage via Australia post is used (see 1. above)

Your purchased items will be sent to you as soon possible, either same day or next working day.
