The Brisbane Gun Club is one of the few clubs in Australia open for practice during the
week, as well as most Saturdays. As times and days are subject to change, we suggest you
check to confirm the club is open.
Competition shooting is held for Trap, Skeet, and trench each month. Details of dates,
events and times, are displayed on the notice board in the club house. To be eligible to
shoot for trophies, you must be a member of a registered club, as well as the Australian
Clay Target Association, which is the governing body of our sport.
We look forward to you visiting our club, for a day of good shooting in a welcoming,
friendly atmosphere.

We wish to provide shooters with an enjoyable experience of clay target shooting at our
premises.
Beginners are very welcome, and shall be supervised by qualified and experienced
shooters. Coaching is also available.
Come and watch, have a go, and meet some of our very friendly members. It is not
essential that you own a shotgun, and a shooters license is also not required, to have a
day of supervised shooting. All we require is that you be reasonably fit, safety
conscious, (abiding
to our strict safety guidelines) you are very welcome.
